Hello

I am looking to engage someone who is very experienced configuring Hubzilla to help us make changes to our site in the  areas below and answer questions.

UI  Design
Registration Form
Multi-Tiered Paid Registration
Shopping Cart
Backend Configuration

Additionally, I want to make contact with addon developer(s) for potential work.  Any recommendations?

I've eventually going to need almost everything that @Patrick Cole just described as well. Maybe we can work together on components that are not site specific.

@Scott M. Stolz, Yes, I am open to collaboration. DM me when you are ready to discuss. I need to first deal with the needed configuration. Are you an expert/sufficiently knowledgeable in configuring Hubzilla and if yes, are you willing to work with me?

@Patrick Cole I meant more of sharing the costs. I am developing some themes and addons and such, but there are much more talented Hubzilla developers than me. I'll DM you.
