BarCampHouston is an un-conference BarCamp event created to bring technologists, designers, entrepreneurs and web enthusiasts from the Greater Houston area together to learn and network.

A BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from participants. The name BarCamp was inspired as a complement to FooCamp.
